This internationally produced seven-part series tells the story of Columbus, his historic journey to the New World, and its aftermath.  It is an epic story of courage and greed, hope and loss, and of two worlds in collision.

Primarily scored for a hybrid group made up of a small Western orchestra (strings, horns, trumpet and percussion) mixed with Native American quena flutes, pan flutes and percussion, the score also contains many cues done with purely ethnic ensembles.
